Direct To Garment Printing

Direct to garment printing (DTG) is a process of printing on textiles using specialized ink jet technology. DTG printers hold the garment in a fixed position, and use specialty inks that are applied to the textile directly by the print head and are absorbed by the garment's fibers; these features prevent the distortion seen with some other textile printing techniques.

A very simplified description of it would be that it is a very high tech desk top printer. 

Our DTG machine is located in our Redlands Print shop. With our in house DTG printer we are able to fill very small quantity custom t shirt orders very quickly. If you need one last minute custom t shirt we will be able to help you out. Our direct to garment printer is able to print clear photographs and very detailed images.
